COACHES/MANAGERS/PARENTS PLEASE READ:

*Check in time is 1 hour prior to first game time (Mandatory)

*Coaches Bring copy of birth certificates to check in.
*Coaches Bring Copy of Updated Insurance to check in.
*Coaches Bring printed playallworld..com updated 2011 roster to check in.
*Have Pitching Chart updated & signed each game and ready to show opposing teams / tournament staff at all times.

(Failure to comply will lead to forfeiture of game or games.

We will not go to scorebook!! We will supply the pitching charts at the field.)
*All games are :
1hr. 50 min. time limit.(12u and under)
1hr. 55 min. (13u and above)
Time Limits subject to change due to weather / field conditions / sundown, etc ...Tournament Director is final decision!!!

Complex Rules:

No outside food our drinks their is a snack bar.

No coolers

No dogs inside park.
No skateboards, scooters, bikes, etc.. inside park.
Water/sports drinks okay for players. No coffee, soft drinks, etc...
No alcoholic beverages at all.

Entry fee's:

1 Manager/2 Coaches Free

Players in uniform free

Age 9 and up $3.00

Age 8 and younger free

Check in one hour prior to first game time w/ ( MANDATORY!! ):
- 2011 All World Baseball Roster
- Proof of insurance covering your ball club
- Birth certificates

Tiebreaker: Win = 2 pts, tie = 1 pt, loss = 0 pts
1 head to head (bypassed if three or more teams tied with a record)
